By placing an order on the Discover Mobility website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1.General
1.1.These terms and conditions may have changed since you last reviewed them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review these terms and conditions each time you place an order with us.
1.2.By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2.Orders
2.1.All orders are checked before they are dispatched.
2.2.We reserve the right to to cancel your order for the following reasons;
2.3.Orders that are placed with VAT relief, must have a complete VAT relief declaration. Should there be incomplete information under the VAT relief declaration, we will follow up with you to ensure that all required information is filed against your order. Should you not reply to this request, or refuse to do so, the order will be cancelled as per 2.2.4.
3.Delivery
3.1.Most of our products are delivered to you the next working day. For a select number of products we use a specialist courier, with these orders being delivered between 1 to 3 working days.
3.2.We deliver most of our products to non-mainland addresses in the UK.
3.3.Deliveries to non-mainland addresses will attract a delivery surcharge.
3.4.When your order arrives, please inspect the item for any signs of damage during transit. If there is any issue with the product’s condition, please notify us immediately.
4.Right to Return
4.1.Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and should be in their original condition and packaging. Before returning, contact our customer support team.
4.2.Return delivery costs will apply for orders returned for the following reasons;
4.3.After 30 days of delivery, it is not possible to return the product.
4.4.Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
4.5.Products that have been customised are not eligible for return.
4.6.Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
4.7.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
4.8.If items are returned without all of the parts and accessories that were originally included in the box, we will not be able to process a full refund for your order until these items are returned.
4.9.Should it no longer be possible to return a missing part or accessory, a deduction will be applied to the refund of an order.
4.10.For items that are not returned in an unused and undamaged condition, or missing their original packaging, a deduction will be applied to the refund of an order.
5.Warranty
5.1.All of our products are sold with a 12 month warranty.
5.2.Warranty is applied automatically to each order.

7.VAT Relief
7.1.To be eligible for VAT relief, you must meet the following criteria as defined by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC):
7.2.VAT relief is not available for temporary conditions or for products intended for business or institutional use. If you are purchasing on behalf of someone who qualifies, the exemption may still apply, provided the product is for their personal use.
7.3.When placing your order, you will need to complete a VAT exemption declaration confirming that you qualify for relief.
7.4.When purchasing your mobility product, you will be given the option to declare your eligibility at the checkout page. You will need to confirm your name, and the nature of your disability or chronic medical condition.
