Returns

At Discover Mobility, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our returns policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

How to Return an Item

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and should be in their original condition and packaging. Before returning, contact our customer support team.

Please note that return delivery costs will apply for orders returned for the following reasons;

Change of mind 
Product did not suit me 
Product arrived later than expected 

After 30 days of delivery, it is not possible to return the product.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Products that have been customised are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

If items are returned without all of the parts and accessories that were originally included in the box, we will not be able to process a full refund for your order until these items are returned. Should it no longer be possible to return a missing part or accessory, a deduction will be applied to the refund of an order.

Items that are not returned in an unused and undamaged condition, or missing their original packaging, a deduction will be applied to the refund of an order.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return delivery costs.

Order cancellations

It is only possible to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

If your order has been processed and dispatched by our team, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order. Your order may have already been processed, prior to you receiving an order dispatch confirmation.

If you wish to return an item, following an unsuccessful cancellation, return delivery costs will apply.
