At Discover Mobility, we are committed to ensuring that your mobility product reaches you in a timely and efficient manner. Whether you're purchasing a mobility scooter or electric wheelchair, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience from the moment you place your order. Below, you’ll find all the details you need about our delivery policy.
Delivery to mainland UK
We offer free delivery on all orders to all UK mainland addresses.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, orders placed before midday are dispatched the same working day.
Most of our products are delivered to you the next working day. For a select number of products we use a specialist courier, with these orders being delivered between 1 to 3 working days. For an accurate delivery estimate for your order, please refer to the delivery date table at the checkout page.
Delivery to non-mainland UK
We deliver most of our products to non-mainland addresses in the UK. Deliveries to non- mainland addresses will attract a delivery surcharge.
For an accurate delivery surcharge quote, please add the item you wish to purchase to your basket and proceed to the checkout.
We are currently unable to deliver our items to Northern Ireland.
Delivery Method
All of our products are carefully packed and shipped via trusted couriers to ensure safe and secure delivery. We use reputable carriers for mobility products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your delivery.
Scheduled Delivery
We understand that you may require to put some time aside, or seek help, to accept the delivery, unbox and set up your Discover Mobility product. That’s why we offer a scheduled
delivery service for all of our products. Simply choose the day you’d like your item to be delivered at the checkout page when ordering your product, and we’ll make sure you’ll receive it when it suits you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery, from one of our delivery partners. If you have any questions or issues with tracking, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Receiving Your Order
When your mobility product arrives, we recommend inspecting the item for any signs of damage during transit. If there is any issue with the product’s condition, please notify us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
International Delivery
At this time, we currently only offer international delivery.
